How to Object

If you would like to make your objection count, it is important to object for reasons that the Planning Officers will take into account - things such as the loss of your view, or the devaluation of your home actually have no relevance in planning law. The best way to stop this application is to make your objection count by allowing us to send an appropriately formatted one direct to Harborough District Council - just fill the form out at the bottom of this page.

Alternatively, you can register your own objection directly via the Harborough Council website or by writing to:

The Development Control Manager
Council Offices
Adam & Eve Street
Market Harborough
LEICS
LE16 7AG

You must quote the planning reference number: 09/00174/FUL

Please be aware that all members of your household can object including children (there is no age limit), so please ask everybody you know who is against Low Spinney to register their objection.
